Our Year 9’s will soon be making their GCSE subject choices ready for when they start the next academic year. Students will choose 4 subjects to study, one of which must be Geography or History. The remaining 3 choices can be made from all of our offered subjects.

Our options information evening will be held on Tuesday 20th February. All students, parents and carers are invited along to explore our GCSE subject options, hear from our subject specialists, and ask any questions you may have.

Students must study one of these subjects

Students may choose from our extensive range of option subjects to make their total up to 4. Although we will try our absolute best to ensure everyone gets to study their chosen subjects, we ask that students select two back-up subjects just in-case.

When you’re ready to make your choices, use the button below to access the online form. You will be asked to log in with your normal school email and password, these are the same details that you use to log in-to the academy computers. Don’t forget, your email address is your normal computer username followed by @laurelacademy.org.uk. If you have any problems, ask Mr Unsworth for help during your normal Computing lesson.
