Edenred Free School Meal Vouchers parent information and advice.
Please note that from Monday 27th April all future eGift Cards, will be issued to you direct from Edenred, on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE). The new system will allow you to choose a voucher for a supermarket of your choice.
You will receive your first email on Monday 27th April, please check your spam and junk mail boxes.

When checking your emails for your e-code and e-voucher, please note that this will come from firstname.lastname@example.org – please check both your inbox and junk email folders for this email.
After receiving your e-code and placing the order for your supermarket voucher, if your e-voucher has not arrived within 24 hours, please contact
email@example.com who can look into this for you. Again, please check your inbox and junk email folders for this.
If you receive an error message when trying to redeem your code on the free school meals website, you may have entered the incorrect code. Please try to enter your code again. If your code is still not accepted, please delete the browsing history on your device – as your device may be storing the incorrect code in its memory. If this still does not work – please again contact Edenred’s dedicated support team via firstname.lastname@example.org
