Careers - Information for students

Leaving school can always seem like such a long way away and quite often we feel like we can’t wait to leave school. However, it is very important to ensure that we are fully prepared for life after school. You will find that you need to make many exciting and

important decisions and it is absolutely essential that these decisions are made with care and guidance. Make sure that you use all of the help available on your academy.

This section gives you the opportunity to explore your careers ideas and consider the pathways available to you. The careers education and guidance programme at The Laurel Academy seeks to positively support you to acquire the educational, social and employability skills necessary for lifelong success in a diverse and changing world of work.
