Applied Business

Course Outline

Our students who choose to study GCSE Applied Business in year 10 & 11 investigate real-life businesses. They study a range of businesses from local sole-trader businesses to large international PLCs and apply the business theory that they have learnt to these real-life business situations. Students develop the knowledge and skills needed to analyse data, think critically about business issues and make informed decisions – all skills that are needed for further study and employment.
